Terms of Service

• Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice and can vary by store and daypart.
• An order is confirmed only after we accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified) and will refund any amount already charged.
• Delivery times, pickup times, and preparation windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is captured through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store full card details.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, following the refund policy shown at checkout and applicable consumer law.

• Loyalty points, vouchers, and tier benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Points may expire and vouchers have posted expiry dates. Expired items cannot be redeemed.
• We may adjust the earning rate, tier thresholds, or benefits with reasonable notice. Fraud or abuse may result in points being reversed and the account being closed.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your orders.
• You may close your account at any time from the Account page.

Don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to break security, scraping content in bulk, submitting fraudulent orders, or interfering with other customers' use of the service.

The LOVEFOUS name, logo, imagery, menu descriptions, and site content are owned by LOVEFOUS REST or its licensors. You may not reuse them without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, LOVEFOUS REST is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the loyalty program. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
